Katja von der Forst offers holistic sex and intimacy coaching as well as body-oriented sexual guidance for individuals and couples in Berlin. The focus is on a safe environment, open discussions about sexuality, and specific physical exercises that enable clients to develop more serenity, pleasure, presence, and self-confidence in their love and sex lives. Her work combines methods from sexological bodywork, body psychotherapy approaches, authentic relating, (neo-)tantra and massage, slow sex, as well as mindfulness and presence training. Her services are particularly aimed at people who see sexuality, intimacy, and relationships as a field of learning and who want a more authentic, fulfilling experience of closeness and sensuality. Katja has various qualifications and is, among other things, a certified social pedagogue and sexological bodyworker.
